Making your own Mantra Music

I know, I am not a musician either, but I love music.  I love the way it makes me feel, relaxes and inspires me. I love how it lightens the load in my heart and actually makes me feel happy. I don’t play the piano - I  tried for 6 years. I don’t play anything except for the occasional drum or didgeridoo. But I do sing.  Notice I didn’t say I sing well. No but I do sing. And guess what, I bet you sing too. So the next time you think a negative thought I want you to do three little things.
1. Recognize it!
2.Think of a (your) personal Mantra . Here are a few if you don’t have one  yet - I am free, I am light, I am beautiful, I am enough (positive expletives)
3.Take a deep breath and sing your personal mantra to the tune of(in th holiday spirit) jingle bells or other fun diddy.
