Land Acknowledgement
As a white settler living on stolen, indigenous land I believe it can be problematic to do a land acknowledgement that is not mine to give, especially with heritage in colonization and while benefiting from white privilege. What I can say is that as an invisibly disabled woman, I actively learn anti racist practices and their intersections of marginalization as part of my personal and professional life. I believe I do have a responsibility for the stewardship of the land on which I live and work and am grateful to the indigenous stewards of this land past, present and future with a promise to do better every day.

About You:
If you're trying to figure out how to heal from past issues with your self-worth, body image, weight stigma, health, illness, pain, anxiety or relationship with food, I believe you've come to the right place. Together we can explore when and where certain feelings started & gently unwind them to slowly build to a more loving & self-accepting existence as you are right now. I have a deep & personal understanding of these issue.
My practice focus is: mindfulness, IFS/parts work, self-compassion, women's work, body issues, anxiety, pain, ED & psychedelics.
Within the context spiritual psychotherapy I often start with a grounding with you to help the nervous system get to a place where it feels safe to look at things. From there you share - You decide what you need & I hold space for that. Often we involve the subconscious with various modalities & then end with an oracle card reading if you like.
Please note: It’s not your fault you are feeling the way you are. The truth is, we all have been burdened in this world through systemic systems of oppression. As well, I offer virtual nature therapy that I've seen help incredibly with anxiety & depression. I do psychedelic harm reduction & integration work/ energy, inner-child & inner critic work/ parts & legacy work/ guided imagery & more. If you are needing to look into things like: How to live a purposeful life with pain, healthier relationships, other-hood, gender identity, body image, ED, sexuality etc. I am here to help you with that & can hold space for you .
