Did you know that last year I was living in a country where I COULDN'T shake my money maker a.k.a. dance whenever I wanted?

Well this year it's time  for me to rise up with all my Soul Sisters out there to end violence against women and girls by dancing!

I am going to unite with my body, and other Soul Sistas' spirits to rise up, move our beautiful bodies and join the revolution.

     A few months ago I put out to the universe that I needed some new, like-minded, wonderful friends. Then I made a vision board for that intention to really 'plant' it into the universe.  It's now 3 months later and I've met one of the best people I have ever known! 

I'm so grateful that it was as easy as planting that little seed of hope.  If you let me know (by posting below) what your 'seed' is we can hold the intention for it to grow together! Oh ya!
