How to Be in your Body?

My Sweet Sister,

Ever get so overwhelmed you stop breathing?  Are you holding your breath now?  Ever notice how tension and feelings get stored in your body?  One of my favorite things about tantra teaching is that it encourages me to go into my body to gauge how I am truly feeling.  Have you ever tried that?  If you wanna try my quick Tuesday Tantra Tip  I feel it could really help you slow down and connect you with your body and spirit.

Please enjoy it and give it a try. Let  me know how it made you feel below my blog. I look forward to it :) Even if you only take the 2 minutes to do this connecting exercise  it's a gift entirely for you.

So Much Love,

Three steps to Being in your Body.

1. Feel it: whatever feeling you have take a deep breath and feel where it resides in your body.

2. Notice it: Take a deep second breath and notice the feeling. Be mindful not to judge the sensation good/bad, right or wrong. Just let it be so that it can move through your body and not stay stuck.

3. Release it: On your third and final deep breath release the feeling to the universe in love.

Rinse and Repeat as needed.

Much Love ~ Kelly
