I remember a relationship ending with someone I loved and heaving in grief inside a washroom stall.
When I turned all that love on me things started to shift. I started doing things I enjoyed and being responsible for my own happiness. It was really a turning point for me.
Now I really enjoy doing things on my own and not waiting for another to make me happy.
Much Love~ Kelly
Hi Kelly! I just found you through BSchool and love the positive vibes you are sending out to the world! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
It might sound a little strange, but my commitment is taking time to savour the most mundane of my day-to-day activities. I actually started doing this about 3 weeks ago now. Brushing my hair and flossing my teeth are the two things I'm focusing on at the moment, and seriously-- when I really focus on the PLEASURE of brushing my hair, my whole scalp and soul get into the action. Likewise, I focus on how AWESOME it feels to floss my teeth and get all the gunk out from in between them. My whole spirit is vibrating with gratitude and thankfulness for the little pleasures in life. :)
Me too - I am so thankful for b-school, it's just so amazing for me to connect with like minded soul sisters :) when you told me about the brushing of your hair and tingly scalp all I could feel were the tingles! awesome! Time to end my 'work day' and go enjoy the sunshine :)
